1. Warranty Terms
The product is covered by a 1-year free warranty commencing on the date the customer receives the goods.
Warranty Coverage: We provide free inspection, repair and parts replacement for non-artificial quality issues, including defects in materials, workmanship and functional malfunctions.
Warranty Exclusions: Free warranty service does not apply to damage caused by collision, dropping, water ingress, unauthorized modification or disassembly, improper use, natural disasters and use beyond normal operating conditions. Paid repair service is available for the above cases.
2. Return & Exchange Rules
Note: A valid order proof is required for returns, exchanges and warranty services. The product, accessories and original packaging must be kept intact. Customized items and goods that cannot be resold due to use will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
